Sole Health Care Products Pty Ltd is a privately owned Sales, Marketing, Service and Distribution Company incorporated in Brisbane, Australia in August 1994, with key personnel working in the industry since 1979.
The Company Imports, Sells, Services, Supports and Distributes Medical, Surgical and Pharmaceutical Products which it imports from a number of Quality Manufacturers in North America, Europe and Asia.
Products are Distributed throughout Australia direct to our Customers in the home state of Queensland and throughout the remaining states of Australia and Internationally into New Zealand from our strategically located warehouse and distribution centre in Brisbane, Australia’s fastest growing state capital city. Representation is by way of direct dedicated Product specialists or by Privately owned sub distribution company “partners” who are experts in both their fields and their local markets. |

Our highly trained dedicated Product Specialists have had extensive Industry Experience with many having worked for some of the world’s leading Health Care Corporations or Hospitals/Medical Centres before joining our team.
By tapping in to this network of expertise both our Key Decision Customers and our Suppliers can benefit from the knowledge, goodwill and trust built over many years.
An innovator in the development and marketing of new surgical/medical techniques, the company has considerable expertise in the formulation and submission of applications to the governments Medical Services Advisory Council (MSAC) to gain Item Numbers for Public Reimbursement through Medicare and maintains ties with ASERNIPS, the Royal Australian College of Surgeons Research Division to assist in this process.
With low staff ‘turnover’ and a history of stability our hands on interface between the user of our products and the manufacturer, our market presence is second to none. |

OVERLAPING MARKETS
Whilst we specialize in distribution through the Hospital and Day Surgery Marketplaces, since 1979 our key personnel have cultivated industry contacts to offer overlapping distribution opportunities to our suppliers through the General Practitioner (Primary Health Care) and Pharmacy (Chemist/Drug Store) Marketplaces.
We do this through a network of independent wholesalers and pharmacy brokers who have their own specialist sales forces and distribution assets. By providing Importation, Product Training and support to our G.P./Pharmacy “partners” we are able to provide specialized targeted distribution in these areas.

KEY EXPERTISE – BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
Sole Health Care Products Pty Ltd is managed by an experienced Management Team with many years in the Industry. Senior management have worked in senior executive capacities in major corporations involved in the Health Care field.
The company is a Quality Assured supplier to the Queensland Government (Cert. # 5929) and together with our industry affiliates are members of a number of National Supplier/Industry Associations.
We have maintained strong personal relationships within the Federal Government’s regulatory body the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) to ensure that all government requirements are complied with in a timely manner.
The company maintains a strong financial and cost containment focus to provide maximum benefit to our suppliers and customers and operates on a monthly plan and review cycle. |

ADMINISTRATION
Sole Health Care Products utilizes MYOB Professional Accounting and Inventory management program for Administration and Inventory management.
In co operation with our bankers, The Australian & New Zealand Bank (ANZ) and our external accountants, Burnett Stubbings Accountants , Sole Health Care Products utilize electronic banking and creditor transfers for business efficiency. For a number of years the company has been self funding and operates successfully without the need for overdraft facilities.
Sole Health Care Products are Goods And Services Tax (GST) registered and prepares its own monthly Business Activity Statement (BAS) and GST return submitted electronically to the relevant Government agencies. |

DISTRIBUTION CENTRE
Our 170sq Meter Warehouse and Suite of Corporate Offices is located on our 1.75 acre site on the Southside of the city of Brisbane, Queensland’s Capital City.
Brisbane, the fastest growing Capital City in Australia, is located on the east coast where 80% of the Australian population lives.
Our Offices, located just 25km from the main National and International airports and 30km from the Central Business District (CBD or Downtown area) are logistically ideally placed to service both local, interstate and international customers. |

MANUFACTURERS - NEW PRODUCT MARKETING & DEVELOPMENT
Since incorporation in 1994, the company has actively sourced new and emerging technologies and quality manufacturers in a bid to service more fully our most valuable asset, our customers.
We believe new product developments such as Disposable and Re Usable Therapeutic Instruments and Devices as well as Consumables, Capital Diagnostic devices and certain Pharmaceutical products would create synergy and add value to our existing business disciplines.
